Fire Restoration in Northeast Philadelpia

These 2 images are from the master bedroom of a row-home in Northeast Philadelphia that caught fire due to a hot iron. In the before photo, you can see the severity and extent of the charred building materials and contents. We had to remove and replace drywall, insulation, window trim, baseboard trim, shoe molding, wood flooring, and many contents.  The after photo shows all the material replaced and repainted- and the after photo was taken just over a month later! Our customer was expecting a much longer turn around process and was thrilled with the time-frame and results.
