Bathroom Renovation

When SERVPRO was called to this apartment complex in Bucks County, there were a few leaks and some mold in a bathroom.  SERVPRO professionals began by performing demolition on unsalvageable materials.  After the demo was complete, SERVPRO called in subcontractors to have the leaks fixed.  Once those leaks were fixed, SERVPRO finished remediating the apparent mold through the use of professional restoration products and tools.   SERVPRO professionals finished by replacing the flooring, drywall, trim, tub and surrounding ceramic tile, a vanity, and applying a fresh coat of paint.  The apartment complex's management team was very happy with the success of the project.
