Bathroom Renovation

This customer had a hot water heater leak in a utility closet next to her bathroom.  SERVPRO of Fox Chase/Torresdale was called out to the property a few days after the initial water damage occurred.  Unfortunately, due to the elapsed time since the water damage had initially happened, the customer's baseboard, shoe molding, drywall and vanity had been damaged beyond saving.  However, we were able to help our customer by removing the unsalvageable materials, drying out the framing and floor, spraying antimicrobial to inhibit mold growth, and replacing the removed materials to make it "Like it never even happened."
